MIXED IS BEST

At Sigma Embedded Engineering, we believe that a mix is simply the best. But unfortunately, it is impossible to hide the fact that our industry has a deficit of female engineers, where the root of the problem lies in the fact that few women graduate from technical universities and colleges.Femme Engineering by Sigma is a project that tries to attract more women to apply for technical education, by creating a platform where they can meet active female engineers who can share their experiences. In this way, they want to provide a better insight into what it means to work with tech, which will hopefully mean that more women apply for education linked to our industry.

But it is also important to get the women who already work with us to stay, thrive and develop. That is why we have created the network Femme by Sigma where female engineers within the Sigma Group in Gothenburg can meet, have fun and share experiences with each other.
